Proposals to relocate Hornsey Wood Green Practice to The Mall - Wood Green shopping centre - Patient consultation survey
The local NHS and Haringey Council are working to improve health services in this area. They are planning an Integrated Health and Wellbeing Hub in Wood Green, bringing a range of health services together in one central place in Haringey. The Hub will be in Wood Green shopping centre.
The plan is for Hornsey Wood Green Practice to move to this new location and be part of the new NHS Health Hub during Autumn/Winter 2023. The new location is about half a mile away from the current location.
At the moment, Hornsey Wood Green Practice has three rooms, and the number of patients at the practice is growing fast. In this new location the practice would have more space, with room for expansion.
The benefits for patients include the extra space, modern facilities, and excellent links to community health services and tests. The new location also has much better public transport links.
