This interim report focuses on people who are cared for in segregation on a learning disability ward or a mental health ward for children and young people.
Research by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) shows that many people have had concerns about their care, but never raised them. Over half of the people asked said they regretted not doing so.
On 12th March, we ran an event bringing together service users and representatives from local community organisations to discuss and grade Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust’s performance on fairness and equality for all service users.
The CCG has now published a ‘You said we did’ update on what they have done/plan to do to improve local health services in response to the feedback they received.
