Healthwatch Haringey PPG Zoom Training

We are running two 'how to' courses to help PPG members use the Zoom video communication platform.

Are you just about able to log onto a Zoom meeting but confused by some of the language and functions?
In this one-hour session we will guide you through raising your virtual hand, turning your sound and video on and off and reacting to what other participants are saying. We will also help you to put your comments in the 'chat' box and change the way you can see participants. By the end of the session you should be able to attend a virtual PPG meeting, feeling confident that you can participate fully.

"The Zoom training was so helpful, and the whole atmosphere was friendly and supportive."
Pat, PPG Member, Staunton Group Practice.
