Tell us what you think of London Ambulance Service

We are seeking feedback on any aspect of the ambulance service that is important to you.
Ambulance outside hospital

London Ambulance Service NHS Trust (LAS) wants to hear from Haringey residents to help shape a new strategy for London. You can share your views by completing our online survey or attending a workshop in January.

What issues would LAS like feedback on? Whilst LAS would like to receive feedback on any issue patients or the public wish to raise, they would be particularly interested in the following five questions below.

However, we are also seeking feedback on any aspect of the ambulance service that is important to you.

  1. What is LAS getting right?
  2. How can LAS improve emergency care (care in life-threatening situations)?
  3. How can LAS improve urgent care (care in non-life-threatening situations)?
  4. How should LAS work with other parts of the healthcare system to improve care, like GPs, mental health trusts and the voluntary sector?
  5. How can LAS do more to contribute to life in London? Examples include employment and training, buildings and vehicles, and the way they spend public money.

Have your say

We are looking for feedback from any Haringey resident who wants to share their experiences or views about priorities for the ambulance service. You do not need to have used the ambulance service recently to respond to the survey or attend the in-person and online workshops.
