The Muswell Hill Practice rated 'Outstanding'
The Haringey GPs were rated outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in November 2023.
This was the first inspection of The Muswell Hill Practice since moving to new premises in 2022.
As well as now rating the practice outstanding overall, CQC has also rated it outstanding for being caring and well-led. CQC has rated the practice good for being safe, effective, and responsive.
We were impressed by the person-centred and caring culture leaders had developed at The Muswell Hill Practice. People said staff were kind and reassuring, and often went the extra mile to meet their needs.
