Over a three month period we worked with staff at Fernlea GP Surgery to improve digital communications with patients and the display areas of their waiting rooms. We also as created information posters to help patients understand how many people are registered with Fernlea and the long term impact that missing an appointment can have.
Our work included:
- Supporting the set-up of a Twitter account with tips and training.
- Support and training to develop an email newsletter.
- Design and delivery of practice appointments statistics poster.
- Reviewing, improving and advising on display areas.
